Summary of the rights issue

  • If fully subscribed, the rights issue will provide the Company with approximately SEK 67.6 million before issue costs.
  • The net proceeds will mainly be used to further develop and commercialize the Company's existing project portfolio, develop new projects and finance the Company's ongoing operations.
  • Shareholders who were registered in the share register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB on the record date August 13, 2021 will receive one (1) subscription right for each share held on the record date. Two (2) subscription rights entitle the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share at a subscription price of SEK 5.34 per share.
  • The subscription period for the rights issue runs from August 17, 2021 to August 31, 2021.
  • The Rights Issue is covered to 1.4 percent by subscription commitments and to 98.6 percent by underwriting commitments. The rights issue is thus fully guaranteed.
